My stock in trade is knowing what is best in Scottish produce, where to find it and what to do with it. Since the mid 1980's I have been involved in many and varied food related commissions, all invested with the same commitment to excellence, integrity and attention to detail which my clients in the food, hospitality and tourism industries expect of me.
