Immerse yourself in the complex character of cheeses for a morning of learning and savouring with Founder of Scottish Cheese Trail & Slow Food Chef Alliance Member, Wendy Barrie. An introduction to the knowledge, storage and appreciation of Scottish artisan cheese, plus an understanding of the world of cheese. Inclusive of tutored tasting...plus a light lunch if you have time before you head off.

Should you need to cancel, £20 will be retained - or you can arrange another date or advise that another person is taking your place.
In cases of less than 48hours notice / no shows no refund can be given as much of the preparation is underway.
