Immerse yourself in the complex character of cheeses for a morning of learning and savouring with Founder of Scottish Cheese Trail & Slow Food Cooks Alliance Member, Wendy Barrie. An introduction to the knowledge, storage and appreciation of Scottish artisan cheese, plus an understanding of the world of cheese. Inclusive of tutored tasting...plus a light lunch if you have time before you head off.
For the advanced level click on Be a Cheese Champion for the Full Day Course for group bookings only. Minimum group size 6.
Elements of the workshop may take place al fresco at tables in our kitchen garden, weather permitting, however our studio is light, airy and open plan so social distancing is easy.
Attendees must be 16yrs or over.
Should we need to cancel, due to covid restrictions, a full refund will be given. Otherwise, if you need to cancel, £20 will be retained or you can use your payment to re-arrange an alternative workshop of Wendy’s or advise that another person is taking your place. In cases of no shows, no refund will be given.
All courses are inclusive of a delicious lunch and a treat to take home (gift will vary according to availability).
