Immerse yourself in the complex character of cheeses for a morning of learning and savouring with Founder of Scottish Cheese Trail & Slow Food Chef Alliance Member, Wendy Barrie. An introduction to the knowledge, storage and appreciation of Scottish artisan cheese, plus an understanding of the world of cheese. Inclusive of tutored a light lunch if you have time before you head off.

Should you need to cancel, £20 will be retained - or you can arrange another date or advise that another person is taking your place.

In cases of less than 48hours notice / no shows no refund can be given as much of the preparation is underway.
