Substantial experience as a Cookery presenter and guest speaker ensures that events attended, or run, by Wendy have great interaction with visitors and delegates alike.   Project management and media handling for food festivals include The Royal Highland Show, Gardening Scotland, London Restaurant Show, BBC Good Food Show and Slow Food Scania (Sweden)


As a cookery book author, Wendy's food travel cookbook 'Food Miles From Home'  is a must for every kitchen.

Food Education

Wendy is very committed to education. Her professional qualifications and attention to detail enable her to offer all the necessary skills required for schools projects, group training initiatives, menu development and product knowledge.

Her work on school meals initiatives has taken her to many regions, in particular working with East Ayrshire Council, whose trail blazing commitment earned them an award and a Royal Visit. 

 

Winner Food & Drink Category, Scottish Rural Network Photo Competition 2016, Wendy is also available for photography and/or food styling commissions, also publishing her own recipe books.
