With Scotland's outstanding natural larder of fresh food,  Wendy's renowned expertise in Quality assurance, Menu development and local procurement provides assistance in business development across the whole food chain helping Scotland's producers reach new markets, and pointing food tourists to little known food gems.

Substantial experience as a Cookery presenter and guest speaker ensures that events attended, or run, by Wendy have great interaction with visitors and delegates alike.   Project management and media handling for food festivals include The Royal Highland Show, Gardening Scotland, Foraging Fortnight, BBC Good Food Show and Slow Food Scania (Sweden)
