With Scotland's outstanding natural larder of fresh food, Wendy's renowned expertise in Quality assurance, Menu development and local procurement provides assistance in business development across the whole food chain helping Scotland's producers reach new markets, and pointing food tourists to little known food gems.

Substantial experience as a presenter and guest speaker ensures that events attended, or run, by Wendy have great interaction with visitors and delegates alike. Project management for food festivals include The Border Union Show, Scottish Smallholders Festival, BBC Good Food Show and Slow Food Scania (Sweden).

Wendy is also a Member of IGCAT Global Experts Network and International Jury Member for European Region of Gastronomy. Pictured speaking at Gastronomy event on Menorca.
